We offer individual suites and apartments for up to four people in the city of Monterrey.

Contract for
bedroom

Ideal for students; you can rent a furnished bedroom with a full bathroom and share the common area with 1, 2, or 3 other people, depending on the apartment you choose. If you do not have roommates to rent the space with, we will assign them based on availability.

Optional additional equipment available for purchase for short stays.

Contract for
department

Rent a suite or the entire apartment for yourself. If you decide to share the space with family members or housemates, the cost per person is lower than with an individual contract. Under this arrangement, there is a single contract and one person responsible for the space.

Requirements to obtain your apartment

These are the requirements to reserve your spot:

  • Send the following information

  • Gather and send the following documents.

    • Copy of voter ID card or passport.
    • Copia de credencial de estudiante o comprobante laboral.
    • Last tax payment.
    • Copy of proof of address.
    • Copy of the guarantor's or co-signer's voter ID card.

  • Review and confirmation

    Our team will review your information and contact you to confirm availability and the next steps.

Our spaces are rented exclusively to adults.
